This Faith Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter is a self-test GFCI that monitors the electrical current and identify leaks in the circuit. If leaks are identified, the GFCI trips the circuit and stops the flow of electricity. This tamper resistant and weather resistant (TRWR) GFCI receptacle is ideal for installing in both indoor and outdoor facilities such as Kitchen, Bathroom, Wet Bar, Laundry Room, Garage, Unfinished Basement, Crawl Space, Around Spa/Hot Tubs, Outdoor kitchens/grilling area, Sprinkler Systems, Swimming Pool and many other placements.

The Faith GLS-20ATRWR self-testing ground fault circuit interrupter outlet provides continuous protection from ground faults, disconnecting power in 1/40 of a second if a dangerous condition is detected. Once connected to power, this GFCI receptacle automatically self-tests every 2-1/2 hours. The green indicator LED light turns off if the outlet is not receiving power, is broken, or if it is at end-of-life. Slimmer, modern design for easier and quicker installation in electrical boxes.
